By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you may not access or use our Website.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALLIED FORENSIC ACCOUNTING PLLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE WEBSITE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allied Forensic Accounting PLLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Leon County, Florida. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. 11. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Allied Forensic Accounting PLLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law.

11.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this Website, please notify our designated copyright agent in writing. Your notification must include substantially the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.

• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

11.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Website was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. Such counter-notification must contain substantially the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate the content quickly.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that party that we may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be reinstated, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.

Allied Forensic Accounting PLLC reserves the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you.
